Build Python script - bot for mirroring and sending Discord notifications

Greetings,
have a pretty complex task although the individual parts are pretty easy to create. You can use whatever language and method you want.
Below is my brief explanation of what you will do, but do not worry I also recorded a video tutorial that I will send to you via message.
The overall goal of the task is to scan every 10 seconds a website that lists new upcoming events (it has a live feed so you do not need to press the refresh button). The events are appearing and disappearing continuously.
When a new event shows up the bot has to automatically collect data based on my requirements. Then when all data are collected - it will use them to add it to pre-set math formula to calculate certain values.
Then all values will be sent via a bot on Discord (or another service) to a chat. Each person involved will have a separate chat with the bot - to be able to limit the time certain events are sent to the same people. It should also log those event's to not send it repeatedly to the same users.
If someone replies to that message with pre-set template - it will write it into an Excel or Google Sheets file where I could check it.
