Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I collected data from 24 hours ECG and saved in multiple CSV files.
I would like a quote off a python script to extract the HRV of this files.
1-I have used ECG detectors.py, but i need to adjust the frequency of data to run the script the best way.
2-I need also to run the script in multiple .CSV files
3-Extract the HRV (also available in the library) of data available in the .CSV files in the folder.
4- If possible saving the HRV result of each file of the folder in a single new CSV.
column 0 - time in miliseconds
column 1 - raw ecg signal
