Build Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC)

I have a very small task of creating a Naive Bayes Classifier in jupyter notebook, you are not allowed to use any library because NBC is very easy to implement. you need to Create a repository in my github and commit frequently.and at last you need to Add readme.md for instructions about how to run the source code
