Build Machine Learning Models & conduct data wrangling, web-scraping, text mining and mapGIS
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I have lots of sales data to work with. There are new sales data coming in every day.
I prefer the use of Python 3.6 however if you have a better programming language then that is okay. But I need to be able to run the codes myself on my own machine. I have Python on my machine now so if you you wish to use Julia for example or Java then I will need your help to set it up the environment on my computer.
What I need is some rudimentary data-wrangling work like splitting columns and unpivoting data, etc.
I also need Webscrapers/API to scrape data from online sources.
I also need a text miner to find keywords and make a flag variable for it.
Build 2 classification models and 3 regression models with target variables predicted outcomes.
Need to be able to publish to a website.
Build a matching machine where it makes the best matches based on the features of a record.
Build a few miscellaneous model tasks.

Please provide 90 days of prompt tech support.
Provide all codes, scripts, resources. Project is complete when I am able to run the scripts on my own machine successfully.
I will make payment in 4 payments as the work is complete. Each stage is complete when I am able to run the scripts on my machine successfully. If it runs on my machine successfully then payment will be remitted.
