Build a Learning management solution in python django

We are looking to make a site where users can register and practice certification exams of multiple companies. The portal would be updating the questions on a regular basis so users can have the latest questions to practice from. The main source of revenue for the site would be Google Adsense so a good SEO site with the latest Google recommended practices is a must.
