Build an Excel Dashboard for a manufacturer focused on performance to schedule with provided schedule tables

Create an excel dashboard that allows slicing and dicing of span times. A spread is attached with the data. Also a word document describing the task. If any software/ coding is needed it must be VB or python, so I can copy and paste it.
