Build an ERP System with invoice recognition function (Artificial Intelligence)
Budget: $100,000 – $300,000 HKD
Hello all, we would like to build up ERP system with invoice recognition function. That is when invoice in PDF or other format, AI system will recognize and trigger the function, then convert the relevant data into ERP system.
For the time being, we would like to build up ERP with Finance Management first module, then in the future will proceed to another modules as well.
In the beginning of project, Finance Management modules includes the followings:
-Maintenance Chart of Accounts
-Basic General Ledger
-Cash Management
-Receivable
-Invoicing
>AI recognition and trigger then integrate into ERP
>Around 60 - 80 different Invoice Templates need to be customized
-Credit Memo
-Payable
-Post Sales Invoice
-Reporting (e.g: Expense / Profit)
-Print Financial Statement (Profit and Lost Balance Sheet)
-Print AR Report
-Issue Purchase Invoice
-Print AP Report
-Process Year End Closing
Our desired platform will use Odoo. So you should have skills set of Odoo, Odoo Module Customization, Python, Artificial Intelligence as well as some Accounting knowledge. As in this stage, we need to build Financ e Management module. Also current accounting system uses MYOB, so we also desire to migrate data from MYOB to Odoo platform.
Detailed requirements are not prepared at this stage, this project will start as soon as possible in these few months, so if you have confidence and knowledge then requirements will be provided later for considerations.
