Build a Discord Bot that runs administrative tasks using Pymongo as a database

I need a discord bot created that basically runs alot of the administrative tasks of my business since most of my business operates through discord. It needs to be able to assign projects, trial new contractors, but its all done through chat. It's basically just gonna be pretty straightforward chatbot that relays information from the database and asks the users for information.
