Build a Data platform

I am looking for a skilled professional to build a data platform for my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in full stack development with node.js, react, mongo db and python. You will be building front end and backend for storing meta data of data sets, search feature in data sets, chrome extension, setting up business rules, use set up screens etc.
