Build me a Crypto Trading Bot

I need a binance trading bot that can trade 7/24 automatically. That bot must take the signals coming from WhaleAlert API as 7 seconds period.For example if a transaction happened in WhaleAlert, API sends a signal existing (Coin Name, Amount as USD,from owner type and to owner type), If from owner type is Exchange and to owner type is Unknown it is a buy signal.
