Build AI Chatbot with Rasa, Solr, Guardrails, NOP Commerce Integration, Admin Panel, Email Alerts + Docker Deployment

We are looking for an experienced developer or team to build a self-hosted AI chatbot system integrated with our e-commerce platforms.

Key Requirements:
- Rasa Open Source setup for intent/entity detection and dialogue management.
- Apache Solr setup for full-text product search (index products from NOP Commerce DB/API).
- Guardrails AI integration to validate and clean chatbot responses.
- Dynamic Product Recommendation based on customer queries and Solr search results.
- Custom Admin Panel (basic):
- Manage chatbot training data (intents, entities, FAQs)
- Manage Solr indexed products and re-index as needed
- Trigger manual product sync from NOP Commerce API
- Monitor chatbot conversations and fallback errors
- Email Notification Service:
- Notify admin for unmatched queries and fallback responses
- Send alerts for system errors or major chatbot issues
- Docker-based Deployment:
- Package the entire solution (Rasa, Solr, Action Server, Admin Panel) using Docker and Docker Compose
- Provide full deployment instructions
- Setup chatbot flows for multiple website Integration.

Deliverables:
- Fully functional Rasa chatbot integrated into both websites.
- Product search integrated via Solr (live sync with NOP Commerce database).
- Admin Panel to manage chatbot content and Solr products.
- Email alert system setup.
- Dockerized solution with docker-compose.yml for easy deployment.
- Deployment guide and basic system documentation.

Technical Skills Required:
