Build an API for trade in TD Ameritrade

Hi,
I need an expert API TD Ameritrade developer to buy and sell stocks. I want to send a .csv file with all the trades and the API will do it and send me a .csv confirmation with the price taken. For example, one file can be: SELL,123,IBM,SELL,2000,PLUG,BUY,1456,NKLA,EOF
Then can be: SELL,1456,NKLA,BUY,48,TSLA,BUY,1,BRK.A,EOF
And so on...
If I don't want to trade I will send a file: EOF.
