Brief project - Machine Learning/Neural Network - Please read before bidding.
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am thinking of starting into Python-based Machine Learning with a project. It's not a new idea, and it's been done before, but I need some guidance.
I need someone with experience two explain to me what tools and concepts I am needing to use. AT THIS POINT, I'm not asking you to do any programming for me. Just do 30 - 60 minutes of research and writing.
My project will collect news headlines and filter out the important keywords. I am using SpaCY for this, and have a good start on it. I want to take my project further by:
(1) Adding the keywords to some sort of learning database
(2) connect the key words to the articles. Each keyword may connect to dozens of other keywords. Each link between keywords will contain a unique code that represents the news article that connected the two.
(3) view the results in some form of visual interpretation, preferably a graphic of Keywords and the other keywords they are tied to, so you can see strongly connected keywords.
So, in summary, what I'm asking for is research and URLS to software packages that will make this possible. If you can write about what I need to install, what I need to learn, what terminology these nodes and links are called, and what tools I can use to graphically represent the connections. Again, I'm not asking you to rpite the software, but explain the concept to me. If you think you have the skills to write the software, let me know and I may hire you for extra assistance after this if I move ahead.
