Brain Tumor Detection using Faster R-CNN -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with developing a brain tumor detection system using Faster R-CNN. The ideal candidate should have experience in computer vision, machine learning and deep learning. The project requirements are as follows:

- Develop a system that can detect brain tumors from MRI images
- Use Faster R-CNN for the detection process
- Implement the Faster R-CNN model from scratch
- Provide a detailed report on the development process and methodology

Skills required:
