Bluestacks Development Creating 300-500 emulators with Individual Proxies

We need a programmer with experience in bluestacks to assist us in creating 400-600 different mobile emulators all operating on separate proxies hosted on our server. Main assistance will also require creating a top management for these emulators in bluestacks so they can be easily managed collectively.
