I'd like an article about trends and comparison among popular ML python libraries:
TensorFlow
PyTorch
etc..
You can include NumPy and Pandas but highlight that they are just data prep libraries not really the ML libraries themselves. Explain what function they play. taking csv and putting it into a data frame, etc.
I think I heard that TensorFlow is losing the battle for further adoption but am not sure. But those kinds of issues that I'd like to include in the article.
