Bleak Python scan devices, connect and receive data

I need complete python script (bleak or other way of connecting to BLE devices ) which scans BLE devices and then let me choose device and receive data from service. It should continues add the data to database.

The BLE device is seeed BLE sense. I working on windows enviroment. I don't have Python installed.
