Bitshares blockchain expert needed with c++ and Python expert knowledge

I am looking for a Bitshares Blockchain expert professional to perform the following tasks on my fork of Bitshares Blockchain:
1. Full platform (web & mobile) code audit in including auditing all the coin/token nodes, and payment gateways to ensure they are running in 100% performance functionality
2. Fix sign up, and sign in and login issues
3. Resolve any bug in the nodes and in APIs
4. Update blockchain node to latest version
5. Perform complete settings of the platform so that all aspects are in sync with each and in perfect working conditions
6. Check the Decentralised Exchange configurations and set it up 100% perfectly including setting the transaction prices of each coins
7. Publish the app on Playstore, Appstore, Mac and Microsoft Windows
8. Integrate Bank and credit card payment gateways for fiat money deposit and withdrawal
9. Audit the platform own coin and if possible re-issue the coin
10. Make the platform fully mobile responsive and resolve any ui issue observed.
Again, please don't waste my time in bidding if you're not a blockchain expert or you are blockchain expert but not experienced in C++ and Python and Bitshares. I had once made a terrible mistake by hiring an ignorant developer here to fix browser issue on my blockchain and he ended up destroying my blockchain platform. So please don't bother bidding for this job if you are here to learn or gain experience with my code.
