Biomedical image processing using python (Segmentation of 3D Breast CT images and evaluation of the respective segmentation methods)

The project involve coding in python using different libraries i.e sitk, pyradiomics. Firstly, start with image segmentation on set of images, then using radiomics to extract features from images like shape, size etc. After that, evaluation of the used method also need to be done. In the end Machine learning also need to be applied(but that is for later stage).
