Biology webserver -- 2

I am looking for a biology webserver that can perform data analysis and visualization. I am open to suggestions for specific hardware requirements. I do not need any additional services to be available on the webserver.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in Python and bioinformatics
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Knowledge of NGS data analysis
- Proficiency in web development and server management
