I am in need of a knowledgeable bioinformatician who has experience in analysing and comparing data from the Infinium Microarray and Exome sequencing platforms. The primary objective of this project is to compare these two genotyping platforms.
Ideal candidates should be proficient in bioinformatics and have a strong understanding of genotyping data. Experience with the Infinium Microarray and Exome sequencing is a must. Please include relevant experience in your bid.
