Binance Phone Number Verification Script

I'm looking for a Python programmer to create a script that will check a list of lead phone numbers to validate if they are registered in binance. The script should read from a provided TXT file and log any verified Binance numbers back to a new TXT file.
Key Tasks:
- Script should verify if the lead phone numbers are registered with Binance.
- Reading from and writing to TXT files.
- Logging found Binance numbers to a new TXT file.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Python programming.
- Experienced with handling TXT files.
- Prior experience with Binance's API would be a bonus.
