Binance Futures Trading Bot

I need a developer to build a system that connects TradingView alerts to Binance Futures trades. The system will run on Google Cloud and automatically execute BUY/SELL orders based on webhook signals.

Scope of Work:
- Set up a Python-based webhook listener (Flask or FastAPI) on Google Cloud using VM
- Integrate with TradingView webhooks
- Connect to Binance Futures API (place long/short/close orders using API keys)
- Add basic security (API key handling, endpoint protection)
- Provide a brief documentation:
- How to set TradingView alerts
- Webhook URL usage
- Where to place API keys
- Example command formats
