Binance API Data Integration with Excel + push trade Orders to Binance API

I need a Python expert with Visual Basic for Excel skills to automate data handling between Binance and Excel.
Project Breakdown:
1. Pull my Transaction History from Binance for a specified crypto pair. This data should be stored in my Excel file as raw data, with updates every 2 seconds.
2. Monitor my current Trade details (like Side, Position, PNL etc.) on the same crypto pair. Again, this data should be stored in my Excel file as raw data, with updates every 2 seconds.
3. Write a Python script that takes the results from my Excel calculations (which are pre-programmed) and places trade orders on Binance via the API.
