Bilingual Polish Developer – Part-Time

I’m looking for a Poland-based developer who can move smoothly between Polish and English during daily work and occasional hiring interviews. The engagement is part-time, Monday to Friday, 14:00–18:00 CET, and I pay $30 per hour through Freelancer.

Your day will revolve around joining our stand-ups, helping screen potential candidates in both languages, and contributing code reviews or quick fixes as they arise. Because our product evolves quickly, a solid grounding in modern back- or front-end development—whether that happens to be JavaScript, Python, Java, or a comparable stack—will let you add value right away, but the real priority is clear, confident communication.

A short onboarding session will get you up to speed, after which you’ll sit in on your first interview and project call. Reliability within the stated hours is crucial, as that window overlaps with our core team and candidate schedules.
