Bilingual CSC WhatsApp Chatbot

Project Title: WhatsApp Chatbot for Sun Solutions CSC in Dehradun

Description: I need a WhatsApp chatbot for my business, Sun Solutions, in Dehradun, to provide CSC services. The chatbot should:





Send welcome message in Hindi and English with a menu (6 options: Govt Schemes, Aadhaar Verification, Feedback, Partner Registration, Appointment Booking, Audio Query).



Integrate with WhatsApp Business API (Wati/Twilio preferred).



Connect to Google Sheets for data storage (e.g., feedback, bookings).



Follow Uttarakhand Right to Service Act.



Include branding: Sun Solutions logo and slogan ("Aapki Seva, Hamari Zimmedari").



Be user-friendly for small business use.
