Bet365 and Betfair selenium autoplace bet

I need a script that does these things:
Take the link of the football match (Betfair or Bet365) from a telegram message, open the page via chrome and place the bet automatically with a tot. of Euro.
The script must have these features:
-Using selenium
- Compare the quota that is written in the telegram message through "@" (eg @ 1.65) and compare it with the current quota on the book. If it is the same for both sites then place your bet. It is a script used for surebets. I have several sample messages to start with. More details in chat.
