Become Equity Partner in Project Requiring Rasa and Voice Bot experience

We have a highly detailed multilingual design for a Voice Bot that can be accessed by people using inexpensive mobile phones. We need one or two partners who want to take an equity position and are familiar with Conversational AI, Rasa programming for voice bots and/or telephony that enables mobile phone users without internet access to dial a local phone number. The app will enable billions of individuals on the wrong side of the Digital Divide to access Internet messaging, health services and more.
