Batch process of questionnaire using image recognition -- 2

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me process a batch of questionnaires in a fully automated way. I need the output of the processed data to be in the form of a spreadsheet. Specifically, I need 100-500 questionnaires processed. I want this to be done through image recognition in a fully automated way.
