Batch Geocoding application using Google API

We are looking for someone to help us develop an application using Google Geocoding API. The app need to be able to extract geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude) for a number of addresses (not one address). The application can be coded by Python, Javascript, R, or any other popular languages.
