My primary objective is to obtain a formula that replicates the calculation of the "BOT Handicap" line, similar to how it is implemented on Dropping Odds for basketball games. (https://www.dropping-odds.com/basketball/)
I would prefer the solution to be provided in Python, but I am open to implementations in other programming languages as well.
