I am looking to create a one-page website that will receive survey responses from Qualtrics to store in a MySQL database. The front end of the website should be able to sort and filter data from the database and return it to the front end or export it.
This process must be secured, with protections at each stage of interaction from Qualtrics, access to SQL, and access to the front-end.
I would like a step-by-step guide/explanation of the code and what it takes to set up such a website including web services needed to make it live and accessible.
I have a domain and can acquire web-hosting to test the project with some guidance.
