AI-Based image Verification Model

We want an AI model that can accept two base 64 images through an API call, compare them, and return the similarity result of the two images. The result should contain a percentage of how close those two images look alike. E.g 73% this will determine whether it is the same person or not.
- Application of Model: The primary use of this model will be for ID verification and KYC, therefore, it should be robust and secure in dealing with sensitive data.
Ideal Skills:
- Ability to develop AI models (Machine Learning or Deep Learning)
- Extensive experience in Image Processing/AI-based Face Recognition
- Understanding of ORB algorithm, SIFT and SURF Algorithm or any other opensource
- Experience in building secure AI models
