AI-Based Transaction Categorization & Reporting Integration

I'm in need of a Python-savvy AI and Excel expert to aid me in effortlessly categorizing transaction data for reporting purposes.

Essentially the tool to use AI to categorise the list of transactions based on a user-given list. The LLM to read the narrative and Amt as per Excel spreadsheet attached and provide a category from the categories provided.

Here's the gist of what's needed:

- **AI Model Integration**: We are looking to incorporate a Natural Language Processing (NLP) model into an API, which will serve as the bridge between the AI algorithm and the Excel spreadsheet.

- **API Development**: The API needs to be developed using Python. It should effectively host the NLP model, allowing for seamless communication between the AI and Excel.
