AI-Based Content Analysis & Question Generation

I'm seeking an AI specialist able to train an AI system (like chatgpt) to analyse and generate questions based on text documents and PDF files. The system will need to:

- Extract key information from the content files
- Generate fact and conceptual-based questions
- Provide respective solutions, incorporating a value range between 2000 and 20,000 soles

The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience with AI technology, natural language processing, and computational linguistics. Knowledge in business-related content would be beneficial as the AI-generated questions will be designed for a business audience.

This is what we need:
1- A simple login page
2- A system with web interface with IA trained with legal files (resolutions) from PERU (we have the files) that can answer diferent questions in spanish only about the files content.
3- A system with web interface with IA trained with El Peruano files (that is a oficial legal summary here in PERU; we have the files) that can answer questions in spanish only about El Peruano content.
4- The system must read the files from S3 buckets (or locally if is necesary), and we will add more buckets and files in the future.
5- The answers has to link to the file that contains the resolutions if is the case, whether this is a resolution file or El Peruano files.
6- The user can ask for comparison between resolutions, or ask for table that show the differences
7- The system has to record the user question, and save some kind of system usage statics.

We need the workiflow of the job (simple) and details about the training steps

Please take a look, we think that chatgpt with ChromaDB for vectordb will work better, faster and efficiently.
My boss will ask for the python code, screenshots and Trello dashboard for this project, and some explication or tutorial in some points i guess, for example how to add a new bucket for more files for the system and chatgpt answers.
He will present this system in this month to one client that ask for it, and depends of him to scalate the project, maybe integrate with other services (SUNAT for example for taxes information), develop mobile app or word office plugin: im not sure about this, but all dependes of this demo.
We need the system as soon as posible (in 02 or 03 weeks will be better), if we have to take of some parts please tell us.
