Ball Tracking Analysis for Cricket Game

I am a Data Science student at Temple University and my vision is to make ball tracking technology affordable to every single kid playing cricket. By bidding and helping me you will make a big change in the community.
Scope: Track the cricket ball in each frame when the ball is within the pitching area, stump to stump. Create a program in C# or Python which can be executed independently and it provides notification when the ball is tracked within the pitching area.
Input: Video Stream (from a webcam or RTSP feed)
Output: Generates continuous notification when the ball is within the pitching area, provides x and y coordinates.
