Backend developer who can use django and design backend system

I am looking for a backend developer who is proficient in Django and can design and develop a backend system for my project. The primary goal of the backend system is to develop REST API based features. As I do not have an existing database, I need help with creating one. The project timeline is more than 4 weeks.
