We are developing an AI-powered system that integrates persona-driven insights, research-backed decision-making, and strategic frameworks to enhance AI-driven conversations. Our platform is designed to store and retrieve persona profiles, research, and strategic guidance dynamically, allowing AI to recall and adapt responses based on stored knowledge.
We are looking for an experienced AI & backend developer to help with Phase 1: Data Structuring & API Integration and, if successful, move into Phase 2: MVP Development, where we’ll build out authentication, user roles, and a Bubble.io-based front-end.
This is potentially a multi-phase engagement—ideal for a developer who wants to start with a smaller project but is interested in a longer-term role as we build out the full platform.
Phase 1: Data Structuring & API Integration (Testing)
Goal: Convert existing persona profiles and research into a structured format, store it in a vector database, and develop an API that connects this data to OpenAI’s API and Custom GPTs within OpenAI Team for testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert persona and research data from Word documents into structured JSON format.
- Store structured data in a vector database (Pinecone or similar) for AI-powered retrieval and context recall.
- Develop an API that allows OpenAI’s GPT models (API-based) and Custom GPTs in OpenAI Team to retrieve persona insights dynamically.
- Ensure API responses provide contextually relevant persona and strategic insights to enhance AI interactions.
- Test API integration within OpenAI Team Custom GPTs, ensuring smooth retrieval of persona memory and structured insights.
Phase 2: MVP Development (User Logins, AI-Driven Interactions, and Bubble Integration)
Goal: Expand the system into a fully functional MVP, enabling client-specific persona interactions, user authentication, and AI-driven strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities in MVP Stage:
✅ Develop secure user authentication & client logins (allowing different users to access their unique personas).
✅ Implement user roles & permissions (e.g., clients, admins, different levels of persona access).
✅ Expand backend infrastructure to store and manage client-specific persona data.
✅ Optimize API pipelines for real-time and batch AI processing.
✅ Integrate persona insights and AI-generated strategic guidance dynamically for each client.
✅ Build and integrate the front-end using Bubble.io, ensuring seamless user onboarding, login, and persona interactions.
✅ Set up workflows and API connections in Bubble to interact with the backend efficiently.
✅ Final testing, debugging, and optimizations to ensure platform reliability.
