Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Back-end Software Developer to join our remote team. As a Back-end Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side components of our web applications. You will collaborate closely with our front-end developers, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance. Your role will play a critical part in building our revolutionary system and shaping the future of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable server-side applications using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Implement and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless data communication between different services.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast response times and efficient data handling.
- Ensure the security and integrity of back-end systems, implementing appropriate security measures and protection against common vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with the team to analyze requirements, identify technical solutions, and provide accurate estimations for development tasks.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge in back-end development.
Compensation:
As a Back-end Software Developer at RI Software Company, you will be compensated through our partnership model. We do not offer a traditional salary but instead provide a unique opportunity for partnership and profit sharing.
You will have the chance to be a co-owner of our company and benefit from the success and growth of our business. Further details regarding the partnership structure and profit sharing will be discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications:
- You need to have knowledge of Python , SQL , Flask.
- Experience with database design, management, and optimization.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
- Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in back-end applications.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts.

- Working hours are flexible, with an average expectation of approximately 14 hours per week based on task completion.
- Developer meetings are held every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday at 12pm and 12:30pm New York time zone for front-end and back-end developers, respectively.
- Daily reports with 2-3 sentences about the day's activities and a short video demonstration must be submitted by 3pm New York time zone.
