BULK ARTICLE WRITER - ChatGPT API

We are looking to develop a software tool similar to Machined.ai or Koala.sh, utilizing the ChatGPT API. The primary purpose of this tool is to automate content generation for bulk articles, with a focus on cluster creation and SEO optimization.
Core Features Required:
Content Clustering: There should be a function to automatically create a group of related articles around a central topic or keyword. Users should also be able to manually create and organize their own clusters.
Bulk Article Writing: The tool should be able to queue and generate a series of articles.
Live Search Result Analysis: The tool should utilize live search results from the top 5 Google results to derive relevant and updated keywords and content ideas. There should also be an option for users to add their own inputs.
Internal Linking: The tool should automatically link articles within the same content cluster. It should also provide users with the ability to choose between different link structures (linear, hierarchical, mesh, etc.) or manually define the link structure.
Tone and Perspective Control: The tool should allow users to control the tone and perspective of the articles to align with the intended audience and writing purpose.
User-Friendly Interface: The tool should feature an easy-to-use interface for straightforward navigation and operation. It should be designed in a way that users can easily manage automated features or manually customize their content.
Skills Required:
Python programming
Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI GPT-3 or GPT-4 is a plus)
Web scraping and data analysis
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Familiarity with UX/UI principles
Excellent communication skills
