BUILD AN AUTOMATED FORM FILLING BOT IN PYTHON AND SELENIUM

I need to develop an automated form filling system. It should meet following requirement
1. The Form filling system should fill form automatically by change proxy and browsers fingerprint
2. It should record the steps automatically when first form is filled and generate input file for all other forms automatically
3. It should be able handle multiple form filling asynchronously at a time.
4. The preffred language for the Python + selenium
