BOT Python - Webhook Tradingview -- 2

General Task
1 Create a webhook to receive Alarms from Tradingview
2 Define the format to deliver these alarms (On Tradingview and Bot)
3 I have a dynamic IP, please define DDNS and get any domain free (webhook), or choose another method
4 Create APIs to Binance (For different accounts) (API compatible Binance Future, Spot and COIN)
5 Create APIs to bybit (For different accounts)
6 Bot Receive Alarms from Tradingview and define two strategies (Local and from alarms) and execute orders
7 BOT must work with any ticket
8 User interface (UI) must be via browser
9 setup new Bots (API TP SL TS)
10 Bot will have a user and password to have access (UI web)
11 Generate a option to PUMP or DUMP operation bot (Into a specific time range, seconds)
