BGP BGPStream Python3 Expert Needed

I require an experienced coding professional, specifically well-versed in BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) using BGPstream, and Python3.
I can provide you with a basic script I've been testing which either needs to be improved or re-written completely by you.
The following is what you will use as input data;
hop_ip = "xx.xxx.0.184"
asn = "xx522"
start_time_utc = "2023-11-12 08:50:16"
end_time_utc = "2023-11-12 08:50:31"
The task is to poll bgpstream to find out if there were any known problems with the above hop/asn that could have affected other connections at or around the same time and if so, gathering that information.
This should be a 3-5 hour job at most for an expert in BGP and bgpstream.
