Azure with terraform and python

I am looking for an experienced engineer to help me with a project using Microsoft Azure and the technologies of Terraform and Python. Specifically, I need help with configuration related to this project. I do not have an existing implementation of the Azure infrastructure yet, so I need assistance getting started from scratch. The type of application I am looking to build is for data processing.
