Azure function time trigger troubleshooting

I implemented a python code by vs code to read a data from a web service and after doing some codes, select, insert and delete data into/ from azure sql server. Then deploy it to azure function. It works on vs code but it faild in cloud environment.
The error is related to sql driver.
