### Project Overview

I am building a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) application using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Search. The application is returning incorrect or irrelevant documents in response to user queries — and I need expert help to understand **why this is happening** and **how to fix it**.

This is not just a fix request. I want someone who can **explain the root cause clearly**, walk me through what I am doing wrong, and guide me to implement the correct solution. I am not a developer expert, so clear communication and patience are essential.

### What You Will Do

- Review my current RAG setup in Azure AI Foundry (Prompt Flow, index configuration, chunking strategy, embedding model, search parameters)
- Diagnose why the retrieval step is returning the wrong documents
- Explain the problem in simple terms so I can understand and learn from it
- Help me fix the configuration and/or code (Python nodes in Prompt Flow if needed)
- Optionally: review how my Azure AI Search index is structured (fields, metadata, filterable attributes)

### Requirements

- Proven experience with **Azure AI Foundry** and **Azure AI Search**
- Solid understanding of RAG architecture (chunking, embeddings, vector search, hybrid search)
- Experience with **Prompt Flow** (Python nodes, flow design)
- Able to explain technical concepts clearly to a non-expert audience
- Available for **live sessions** (screen sharing) preferred
- English or Spanish speaker welcome

### Nice to Have

- Experience configuring filterable/searchable metadata fields in Azure AI Search
- Knowledge of query routing strategies (e.g., detecting count/aggregation queries vs. semantic queries)
- Previous consulting or tutoring experience
