Azure Marketplace Template with Python Flask App

I need an Azure Marketplace template to deploy several resources, including an Azure Entra Application, Azure blob storage, Azure Key Vault, and Azure app service. The key vault should store the secrets of the Entra Application and Blob Storage. The app service must have two environment variables: Azure Entra Application ID and Azure Key Vault ID. The application is a simple "Hello World" app using Python 3.9 and Flask that prints the secrets read from the key vault.

All the scripts for the Azure Marketplace and detailed step-by-step instructions to generate keys and perform the necessary setup tasks are required. Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python 3.9 and Flask
- Experience with Azure services
- Knowledge of creating Azure Marketplace templates
- Familiarity with Service Principal authentication method for Azure Key Vault
- Ability to provide detailed, step-by-step setup instructions
- Previous work with Azure DevOps is a plus
