Azure MLOps Pipeline Setup

We're setting up an MLOps pipeline between AWS and Azure as part of a continuous flow for semi-supervised learning of our classification algorithm. Looking for someone with Python (SciKitLearn) and the relevant (serverless) cloud experience to setup data flows across the platforms.
MUST HAVE ABN and located in Australia
The appropriate candidate will be proficient in: Azure Machine Learning Python (SciKitLearn) SQL REST

Nice-to-have: AWS Serverless Experience Jupyter
