Azure Function Python API

Need help configuring an Azure Function which is accessed via API and calls python batch process. Once process is complete a file needs to be uploaded to Azure BLOB Storage. All Python files have been written except upload methods. API request which triggers Azure Function requires .mp3 file and .txt file.
