We are looking for an experienced Azure ML Deployment Specialist with a strong background in deploying predictive models written in Python. This is a freelance consultant position, where you will play a vital role in supporting and mentoring our Data Science team, sharing best practices, and helping ensure smooth deployments on Azure ML. Working remotely and on-site in the office in Milan (Italy).
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy Python-based predictive models on Azure ML, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Work closely with the Data Science team, providing hands-on training to enhance their deployment skills and familiarity with Azure ML.
Develop and document best practices for model deployment and maintenance.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and serve as a mentor, building the team's confidence in managing model lifecycles.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Azure ML, especially in deploying predictive models written in Python.
Strong knowledge of machine learning model deployment workflows, including versioning, scaling, and monitoring.
Excellent mentoring and communication skills, with a passion for sharing expertise and developing others.
Availability for regular consultation sessions, with flexibility in time commitment.
Knowledge of xlwings package is a plus.
